Wedding Day Reservation
Gernelle made our wedding very special. She was on task and lifted a heavy load off my shoulders. Thanks to her, everything was perfect and remarkable for our special day. Thank you! — Testimonial from Cassie H, Bride
Is booking a consultation is worth your time?
Ask yourself these five questions:
- Do we want to do something fun or adventurous while being photographed?
- Are we eloping or hosting an intimate ceremony with a max guest list of 50 people?
- Are we getting married outside or in a venue that is flooded with natural light?
- Do we want to get our photos back in 3 weeks or less?
- Do we want prints for the wall or an album for our home?
If that doesn’t sound like what you’re looking for, I just saved you some time (and gas money). You’re welcome my friends. But if you answered yes to all of those questions, book a consultation. I want you to get a feel for me as a person, hold prints and albums in your hands and describe the vision you have for your big day. I’ll be ready to answer any questions you have but here are some frequently asked questions below in case a few thoughts are swimming ‘round your mind now.
What services come with your photography collections?
All of my collections include photography coverage with me as your photographer. I’ll bring along a lighting director to make sure each image is well lit. After your wedding, I’ll meet with you again for a reveal session. Feel free to invite your best friends or parents! That day, I’ll show you your images for the first time. Then I’ll help you order the wall displays, gift prints and/or albums that you requested when we first booked your services. Once you get home, you can download your optimized images from your wedding gallery online. You can also book engagement photos, additional retouching, and additional photographers if you like. You can create your own collection or build on one that’s already been arranged on my service menu. I’m your one stop photography shop!
What do we need to do to reserve our dates with you?
To make things official, I’ll need a signed contract and $400 non-refundable retainer. This amount goes towards your final balance. Your contract and retainer ensure that no one else who inquires about a session or wedding experience can book a session on your date. Your final payment is due one week before your wedding day. If you cancel your photography coverage, I can offer you a partial refund. Because I hire my lighting director and acquire the needed equipment for elopements and weddings in advance, I can't guarantee a specific amount for refunds. If you need to reschedule more than once, convenience fees will be applied to your balance.
Use the calendar below to schedule your face-to-face consultation me. Once you send your information, I’ll contact you via phone to confirm the official date, time and location.
